2. At first glance these files seem no different than normal PDF files: same PDF extension, same appearance, seemingly same functionality. However PDF files with XFA architecture are created by different technological methods, have a different functionality, set certain restrictions to file operations, and cannot be manipulated and viewed in the same way as normal PDF files.
3. The XFA architecture was never standardized by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and has been deprecated by ISO in 2017.

4. The XFA architecture may be static or dynamic. The existing browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.) are
unable to open PDF files with dynamic XFA architecture. 5. Trying to view such files in a browser results in an error message, such as 'Please wait..' or 'Adobe Reader 8 or higher required..'

ignore the above error messages, download your file, then open it in either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.7. You can download your file either (a) by clicking on the link by the right mouse (if you normally use the left one) and then selecting 'Save Link As' or 'Save Target As' (depending on your browser) or (b) by clicking on the link by the left mouse and then using 'Download' or 'Save Page As' – while ignoring the above error messages.
8. In many computers the default PDF viewer is a browser rather than Adobe Reader. Accordingly to view your downloaded PDF file use the

right mouse and then select 'Open with' > 'Adobe Reader' (rather than using the left mouse double click option).9. After downloading your file you may decide to convert your dynamic XFA file to the normal plain PDF file. All fill-in fields will be lost. To fill in the form you will need to use Adobe Reader Fill-&-Sign tool (which doesn't work with the dynamic XFA architecture).
